China Fishery Trustee Agrees to Terms to Keep Peruvian Assets Afloat During Bankruptcy Proceedings

The court appointed trustee charged with handling Pacific Andes’ Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing agreed to terms that will keep the company’s Peruvian operations in business during the restructuring process.
According to a release from China Fishery, William Brandt, Jr, who was appointed trustee of the company earlier this month, agreed tp ensure that Pacific Andes’ Peruvian assets will continue to operate until at least April 30, 2017.
This means Brandt will be allowed to secure adequate funding to keep the Peruvian operations afloat through the April deadline. He can also file to extend the April 30 date if necessary as long as all parties agree...
