Natalia Panchenko, one of Russia’s richest women, together with her partner Efim Malkin have announced their plans for the establishment of a new, large company in the Russian fishing industry. They also announced plans to claim fish quotas this year.
To date, the partners have officially registered OOO Dalneye as the company that will develop their fishing business.
