Former Pescanova Chairman Fernandez, Other Executives, to Face Criminal Trial in Spain

The former chairman of Pescanova, Manuel Fernandez de Sousa-Faro, and 30 other parties have been named in a criminal proceeding by the Spanish government.
The 191-page document, released Monday, levies a raft of allegations against the former executives including a scheme to hide millions in debt and defraud investors and customers.
In addition to Fernandez, 18 people and 12 companies are named in the court document.
