Commerce Finalizes Shrimp Duty Rates for Vietnamese Exporters in 11th Review Period

The US Commerce Department finalized the duty rates for Frozen Warmwater Shrimp exports out of Vietnam in its 11th period of review, which covered shrimp shipments made between February 1, 2015 through January 31, 2016.
In this decision, the Commerce Department assigned an antidumping rate of 4.78% to 12 non-individually examined Vietnamese exporters that demonstrated their eligibility for a “separate rate” based on their independence from the Vietnamese Government.
The final rate was based on the final rate assigned to 32 Vietnamese exporters in the September 2016 final determination of the tenth administrative review...
