Owner of Russian Fish Producer Karat Fighting With Ex-Partner Over $75 Million Stake in the Company

Karat, Russia’s largest fishing producer, owned by Vitaly Orlov, is in a center of corporate conflict between Orlov and Alexander Tugushev, general director of JSC "National Fishing Fleet," Russia’s fishing producer and a former partner of Vitaly Orlov.
According to recent statements of Tugushev, it has a right to claim the 33% stake in Karat, which is valued at 5 billion rubles (US$75 million), which is going to evict from Orlov by judicial procedure.
In the meantime, representatives of Orlov said that Tugushev has no legal rights to pretend for the stake, while his current activities could be considered as extortion...
