FDA Suspends New York's SM Fish Corp From Selling Seafood for Repeated Listeria Violations

The FDA has temporarily suspended the sales and distribution of seafood products from New York-based operator SM Fish Corp for repeated violations of food safety protocols.
A Suspension of Food Facility Registration Order was filed against SM Fish Corp since the company has not properly addressed listeria contamination issues at its facility.
