Dock to Dish CSF Concept Cracks into Canadian Market at YEW restaurant in Vancouver

Community supported fishery concept Dock to Dish will be expanding to Vancouver, Canada through a commitment by Skipper Otto's CSF.
Under the agreement Shaun Strobel, co-founder and fisherman of Skipper Otto's will supply his catch directly to Executive Chef Ned at YEW seafood + bar located in the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver City.
The Dock to Dish concept was co-founded by chef and author Dan Barber in Montauk, New York. Memberships vary from individual packages to restaurant level deliveries. Fresh in-season fish is then delivered from participating fishermen to the customer. Subscriptions last for fourteen (14) to twenty (20) weeks at a time.
