China’s Live and Fresh Crab Imports in January-October Record 16,000 MT from Russia

In China, where live demand is high, imports of live and fresh crabs from Russia are increasing. According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs of China, imports of live and fresh crabs from January to October increased by 9% year-on-year to 63,436 tons. Among them, imports from Russia increased by 24% to 15,746 tons, already surpassing last year's record high since 2017, when statistics are available.
