Mexico Announces Shrimp Fishing Closure in Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California
Mexico’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, through the National Commission for Aquaculture and Fisheries (Conapesca) announced the start of a temporary ban on fishing for all species of shrimp in the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California and the systems lagoons, estuaries, marshes and bays on both coasts.
