New York Fisherman, Dealer Hit with Conspiracy, Fraud and Obstruction Charges
A New York fisherman, wholesale fish dealer and a pair of its managers were charged with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and obstruction in a scheme in which the parties allegedly overharvested fluke and black sea bass.
