Russia plans to continue to expand its presence in the World Ocean within the next several years, despite the pandemic and the associated negative economic consequences, according to recent statements, made by Ilya Shestakov, head of the Russian Federal Agency of Fisheries (Rosrybolovstvo) and representatives of some leading local fisherman.
