Trump’s Rollback of NEPA Met With Congressional, Environmental Opposition, Lawsuits Likely
Even before President Trup announced changes to the 50-year-old National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) in Atlanta yesterday, members of Congress and leaders of conservation groups opposed the move.
