ANALYSIS: Pangasius - Below Average Imports, Optimistic Outlook
Imports of pangasius frozen fillets for the month of May diminished 38.2 percent, falling 3.8 million pounds from the previous month. Compared to the same month one year ago, however, volume saw an increase of 7.4 percent, noting that May 2019 marked the lowest May on record for pangasius imports since 2007.
