Northeast Observer Waiver Extended Through May 30
NOAA is once again extending the northeast observer waiver. Vessels with Greater Atlantic Region fishing permits do not need to carry a human observer or at-sea monitor through May 30, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
