Alaska Legislators Hearing with Army Corps on Pebble Mine EIS “Very Rushed”
Mid-way through a series of outreach meetings around the state, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers had a telephonic hearing with the Alaska House Resource Committee last Friday.
Co-chair Rep. Geran Tarr called the one-hour meeting “very rushed” as members struggled to get all of their questions to the two Army Corp representatives at the other end of the line.
