European Commission Approves Acquisition of Three Greek Aquaculture Companies by Amerra and Mubadala
Late last week the European Commission approved the acquisition of three Greek aquaculture companies – Andromeda, Nireus and Selonda – by investment firms Amerra and Mubadala. The approval is under the EU Merger Regulation and is “conditional on the divestiture of a remedy package.”
