Study: Ocean Acidification Harms Atlantic Cod
According to a new study conducted by scientists from the GEOMAR Helmholtz Centre for Ocean Research Kiel, ocean acidification could be harming Atlantic cod.
The study, which was completed with the aid of scientists from France and Norway, was recently published in the scientific journal Global Change Biology. The scientists looked at previously published papers, that found that “less cod larvae survive” due to ocean acidification.
