Devi Seafoods Planning expanded shrimp project and cold storage facility in Andhra Pradesh

Devi Seafoods has filed paperwork with authorities for an expansion of their shrimp processing and cold storage facilities in a new project.
The project will be in Singarayakonda, dist. Prakasam, Andhra Pradesh. The capacity will be 50 tons per day, and the site covers around 20 acres.
Cost of the project is around $60 million (US). Although paperwork has been filed, the exact location has not been identified.
However, construction is expected to begin in December, 2018.
Devi Seafoods is one of the largest Indian shrimp exporters to the US.
