Mazzetta Sues Government Over Vietnam Shrimp Tariffs; Says Black Tiger Pricing is Not Comparable

The Mazzetta Company has sued the dept.of commerce in the International Trade Court over its determination of duties on Vietnamese shrimp.
Because the US does not consider Vietnam to be a ‘market’ economy, it has used surrogate countries to try and establish a comparable input value to calculate shrimp raw material margins, and whether shrimp from Vietnam is subject to anti-dumping duties or not.
