NOAA Trawl Survey Finds No Cold Water In Bering Sea; Conducts Emergency Survey in North

There was a big surprise in the annual NOAA trawl survey for the southern Bering Sea this year: no cold water.
Recently scientists involved in the survey gave public talks in Nome, in a meeting at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Northwest Campus. They said they found things never seen in the 34 year history of the survey.
