House Passes HR 200 Allowing More Flexibility on Management Over NGO Objections

The U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 200, the Strengthening Fishing Communities and Increasing Flexibility in Fisheries Management Act Wednesday, with only a handful of congressmen crossing party lines to support or oppose it.
A number of amendments were also approved.
