Russian Government Considers Ban of At-Sea Processing Discharges in Domestic Waters

The Russian government, together with the Federal Agency for Fishery (Rosrybolovstvo), plans to toughen controls of seafood discharges overboard caught by both domestic and foreign fishermen operating in Russian territorial waters, according to recent statements of some senior officials in the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and Rosrybolovstvo.
