Springfield Smoked Fish Expands Recall Due to Potential Listeria Monocytogenes Contamination

Springfield Smoked Fish of Springfield, Massachusetts, is expanding their recall of smoked fish products due to a potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination.
The company posted their initial recall on December 13, asking customers in Rhode Island and Connecticut to return 1 lb. packages of Presliced Nova Salmon to the retail stores they purchased it from. On December 19 Springfield Smoked Fish expanded the recall for a series of products sold in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Colorado, Ohio and Pennsylvania ...
