Alaska Senator Introduces Bill To Address How Ocean Acidification Affects Coastal Communities

Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska has introduced a bill to address ocean acidification.
The Coastal Communities Ocean Acidification Act of 2017 was introduced with Senator Maria Cantwell of Washington, Senator Susan Collins of Maine, Senator Gary Peters of Michigan and Senator Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island. If passed, the bill would conduct coastal community vulnerability assessments related to ocean acidification.
