Alaska Chef Lional Uddipa Wins Louisiana’s Great American Seafood Cook-Off

Louisiana’s Great American Seafood Cook-Off has crowned a new winner. Alaska Chef Lionel Uddipa of Juneau restaurant SALT was named the best seafood chef on Saturday, August 5 at the 14th annual competition.
The event was held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, with proceeds benefitting the Louisiana Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
