Buoyed by a weaker Pound, Scotland has seen is food exports to the US jump said Prime Minister Nicola Sturgeon at a New York event highlighting Scottish food and dairy exports.
Associated Seafoods, a Salmon Producer, expects its North American Sales to grow to £4-5 million over next 18 months, with opportunities in Canada progressing.
