Court Battle Erupts over Ocean Choice as Iceland's Visir Attempts to Oust Martin and Blaine Sullivan

Landvis is the subsidiary of Iceland’s Visir, a limited partner with OCI with a 49 percent stake in the company. The Icelandic partners are accusing brothers Martin and Blaine Sullivan of putting their own interests ahead of those of the company since they took over the company in 2007. The Sullivans have denied the allegations. "We are very confident the claim and its allegations will be proven to lack any merit and will ultimately be dismissed," OCI said in a statement.
