Peru's Northern Anchovy Quota 97% Landed and Up 25% From 2014

Peru has caught nearly all of its anchovy quota with just one week left in the season with the catch higher over last season.
According to Peru's Minister of Production, Piero Ghezzi, 97 percent of the 2.58 million ton allowable Northern Anchovy quota has been landed with the season set to close on July 31. The catch is now up 25 percent from last season.
