An Early Look at the New Red Lobster Culinary Development Center

Orlando-based Red Lobster is now operating in its new 14,000-square-foot Culinary Development Center on the ground level of the CNL Center I building on Orange Avenue.
"Just like our office, we wanted this (culinary center) to be warm, inviting and really bring to life our brand," said Danielle Connor, senior vice president of menu strategy and culinary development, who's been with Red Lobster for more than seven years. "We're all together now, so at any given moment, we can all get together to chat. It's really tailored to us."
