Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative to Promote New Shell Product Nationwide this Summer

The Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative (MLMC) will promote New Shell lobster this summer as part of its campaign to increase consumption around the country.
The program will celebrate the unique taste of New Shells and the creative ways chefs are preparing and menuing Maine lobster the MLMC said. It will also showcase the Maine Lobster industry’s long history of sustainability and traceability, with generations of lobsterman committed to their trade.
