Chile's farmed salmon producers are dealing with widespread impacts dealt to the industry's supply chain following this week's sudden eruption of Chile's Calbuco volcano. Short-term shipping disruptions are expected, but major damage has been reported to farms closest to the volcano--specifically to Chile's stocks of salmon fry and eggs.
