Supermarket Chain Morrison's Taking Over Kerry Plant in Grimsby, Doubling Fish Processing Capacity

News that supermarket giant Morrisons is to double its workforce in Grimsby has been met with delight by business and political leaders.
Back in 2012 the Grimsby Telegraph broke the news that the firm could create up to be 500 jobs over the next few years.
Morrisons currently produces 250 tonnes of fish a week through its existing site. The purchase of the new facility will streamline and bring efficiencies to processing as the space will form part of new packing, chilling and filleting divisions.
