Former Northwest Foodservice Executive Gets 30 Months In Prison For Embezzlement

SEATTLE, A former Northwest U.S. Foodservice executive with a gambling habit will spend two-and-a-half years in prison for stealing almost a half million dollars from the company.
A federal judge on Friday also ordered Jason Green of Puyallup to pay the nearly $500,000 in restitution. The U.S. Attorney's Office in Seattle says Green pleaded guilty to mail fraud. They say Green made up phony invoices for more than a year and changed computer codes to conceal the fraud.
