Moscow- Prices for salmon in Russia may be doubled due to sanctions.
Prices for salmon in Russia may significantly increase already in the coming weeks, due to the ban on its supplies from Norway, which was recently imposed by the Russian government.
Yesterday some Russian media reports announced the plans of local Russian Sea, the company’s largest fish producer and processor to increase prices for its salmon by two times from the current RUB 300 (USD$10) per kg to RUB 600.
