Vinny Milburn was determined to stay clear of his family's venerable seafood business in Boston, the John Nagle Co., so he became an entertainment lawyer.
But seafood lured him back, and he is opening this modest but well-conceived fish market and restaurant in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, with Adam Geringer-Dunn, whom he met in the music business.
