Long John Silver’s launches "America's Fish Fry" TV campaign

Long John Silver's wants consumers to feel like they can have a fish fry experience anytime of the year at one of its restaurants.
The Louisville-based fast-food seafood chain recently launched a new TV ad campaign promoting its restaurants as the home of "America's Fish Fry." The commercial shows people enjoying a fish fry at a Catholic church.
Long John Silver's CEO Mike Kern said the company is aligning itself with the sense of togetherness and happiness that fish fries evoke.
Fish fries have "all this tremendous emotional value," Kern said.
