FDA issued 31% less seafood Warning Letters in Q1 2014 compared to a year ago

There was a marked decline in the number of Warning Letters issued to seafood companies by the FDA in the first quarter of this year compared to 2013.
Through March of this year the FDA sent 20 Warning Letters to both domestic and overseas seafood companies, a 31 percent drop compared to the same time last year, when they had sent 29 letters.
