Fisherman's Market International is suing the former manager of its Ingomar facility for allegedly stealing and reselling their lobsters for personal profit.
The RCMP confirmed on Monday that members arrested Sheldon Rapp last week as part of a criminal investigation into the alleged thefts and charges are pending.
