Crayfish is well received in Yueyang city of Hunan province and the industry is growing. It has been learned the local government is promoting various ways of aquaculture this year. With total farming areas of 452,300 Mu (~ 74,511 acres), it is expected to produce 43,000 tons of crayfish.
