Embargoed N. Korean Seafood Still Sold in China

DANDONG, China — In the northeastern China city of Dandong, Liaoning Province, which borders North Korea over the Yalu River, seafood products from the reclusive country continue to be sold despite a U.N. Security Council sanctions resolution against Pyongyang that was adopted in early August.
The resolution, including a total ban on North Korea’s seafood exports, was adopted in response to its launches of two intercontinental ballistic missiles in July.
