Amid Changing Coldwater Shrimp Market, Oregon Fishermen Seek to Renegotiate Prices

With two months left of the season, Oregon pink shrimp fishermen and processors are re-negotiating ex-vessel prices, fishermen said.
The season so far has not been terrible, but not nearly as good as landings in the recent five or six years. Prices to fishermen mirrored the global market situation of oversupply in April, the start of the West Coast season.
