Klawock Oceanside Workers Return Home After Reportedly Being Stuck On Fishing Processor in Alaska

Fourteen people working on a fishing vessel operated by Klawock Oceanside Inc. have returned to Houston after reportedly being “trapped” on a boat in Alaska.
The workers reached out to Houston’s ABC News affiliate earlier this week, claiming to be “stuck” on the ship without answers from Klawock Oceanside, a small, family-owned seafood processor that operates around Southeast Alaska.
“We are stuck here,” said worker Darlene Drummer, who was onboard the fishing vessel at the time. “We are just about out of food..."
