Mississippi Seafood Dealer Faces Jail After Selling Recreational Caught Fish

Mississippi seafood dealer Lonnie M. Ray was sentenced to 25 months in federal prison on Tuesday.
Ray bought fish from recreational fishermen and failed to report seafood purchases to the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources (DMR). Both actions are illegal in the state and violate the Lacey Act.
