Central Seaway Issues Precautionary Recall for Raw Black Tiger Shrimp Over Salmonella Concerns

Illinois-based seafood importer Central Seaway Company (CenSea) issued a precautionary recall for about 1,100 cases of its A-PAC brand of 8/12 count Headless Shell-on Black Tiger Shrimp over concerns the product may be contaminated with salmonella.
The product was distributed to wholesale, retail and restaurant locations in NY, NJ, MA, RI, CT, VA, KY, IL and TX.
CenSea said it has already notified all of its customers about the recall and has accounted for a majority of the cases involved in the recall...
