Phillips Seafood Now Featuring its Own Farmed, Indonesian Barramundi at Baltimore Location

Phillips Seafood’s flagship location in Baltimore is now featuring farmed barramundi from Indonesia on its menu.
The barramundi is grown at a free-floating operation off the coast of Bali. The facility is owned and operated by Phillips Seafood.
The Baltimore location is now selling the fish in several dishes. The menu features the barramundi paired with crab in a ceviche appetizer; on a sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato; and as entrees either pan-roasted or stuffed with crab meat.
